If you ask a relatively happy person how to actually become happier, they’ll probably say something like: “do more of what makes you happy”. And they might just be right.

Adopting this very simple principle of doing the work that makes you feel connected to something bigger will eventually result in being happier and enjoying life more.

Many people underestimate the power of this quote and we encourage you to at least give it a shot.
