Your Bloods Decide Your Results.
If you’re training consistently
eating pretty well
and still not seeing the results you expect…
It’s not your effort.
It’s what’s happening inside your body.
Most programs guess.
We don’t.
This is a Health & Performance Optimisation Program that combines:
• Smart, time-efficient training
• Realistic nutrition (no extremes)
• Blood testing & hormone analysis
• Body composition tracking
So your plan is built around your physiology, not trends.
This isn’t a 12-week shred.
It’s a smarter way to train, fuel, and perform.
If you’re a busy professional and want clarity instead of guesswork 👇

Full Body Series 3
This session is built around posterior chain dominance — hamstrings, glutes, and core — while still driving full body output.
Deadlifts lead the session to load the hamstrings and glutes properly and demand full core control under fatigue.
From there:
• Chest press machine to push maximal load with stability
• Full-stretch lat pulldowns with a hard squeeze at the bottom
• Front raises for controlled anterior delt recruitment
• Lateral raises to build the mid-delts properly
• Face pulls for upper-back balance and shoulder health
Face pulls paired with rope crunches — slow stretch at the top, full exhale and squeeze at the bottom — to reinforce trunk control where it matters most.
Same full body structure.
Different emphasis.
That’s how progress stays consistent without breakdown.
More sessions coming.

With every Full Body Workout Series I post, I’ll also share the exact post-workout meal I use to recover faster and stay lean.
Because training hard is only half the equation.
Post-workout nutrition matters — a lot.
After a full body session your muscles are primed to absorb nutrients fast.
That’s where fast-absorbing protein comes in.
Here’s why this meal works 👇
• 32g fast-absorbing protein kick-starts muscle repair immediately
• Whole eggs provide amino acids + healthy fats for recovery
• Egg whites increase protein without excess calories
• Low-GI rye bread replenishes glycogen without spiking fat gain
This combination helps:
✔️ Repair muscle tissue
✔️ Support strength gains
✔️ Improve recovery between sessions
✔️ Keep you lean, not bloated
Simple. Repeatable. Sustainable.
No fancy recipes.
No overthinking food.
💬 Meal breakdown is on the image — save this for later.
💬 Comment “MEALS” if you want me to keep posting these with every workout.
This is exactly how we structure nutrition inside our 12-Week Full Body Challenge — training hard, recovering properly, and staying lean the entire way.

📍Australia 🇦🇺
Busy male professionals — this is how you train when time is limited but results matter.
This is Full Body Workout – Series 1
A 45-minute session designed to deliver maximum strength and visible abs without living in the gym.
No bro splits.
No random exercises.
No wasted volume.
Here’s why this works 👇
• Full body training hits each muscle multiple times per week
• Different angles + executions = maximum development
• Heavy compound lifts = real strength + core activation
• Short, structured sessions = consistency for busy schedules
Full body training is hard.
It’s supposed to be.
But when it’s structured properly, it’s the most efficient way to build a physique that actually looks trained.
💬 Sets & reps are in the video - remember your warmup sets X2 minimum and especially for squats.
💬 Comment “FULL BODY” if you want the next session in the series.

IPPT TIP: Majority of training we do is based on using the most amount of muscle and core engagement from the first compound lift. Assessed on past lifts and current form and strength/endurance on the day. Post this supersets either opposing muscle groups or compound to single joint movements. Free weights and machines are used for both effectively for the best strength and conditioning 💪 💯 👋
