The Ormond Tennis Club is situated in Ormond, a suburb of Melbourne in Victoria, Australia. Club membership is open to all and there are five en-tout-cas courts available for use by members and their guests during daylight hours. Members can also book to play in the evening under lights on three courts (fees apply).

Our Wednesday night mixed intermediate tennis continues through out winter. We are a friendly group. Cost of the night for members is $5 and $10 for non members. You can pay by eftpos or cash. So come down from 7 pm onwards. Karen our organiser will ensure you will get a good night of tennis. Looking forward to seeing you at the club. 🎾

ORMOND CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS

To enable a rest between singles and doubles the comp will be held over 2 Saturdays – Singles 5th April & Doubles 12th April
Events:
Men’s A & B Grade Singles (if enough interest) and Ladies Singles on Saturday 5th April from 9am

Doubles - Men’s, Ladies and Mixed on Saturday 12th April from 9am (Plus BBQ lunch provided)
Fees $10 for each event you enter
Note: MUST be a Financial Member to participate

Register back to me via this email [email protected] to be included in the draw
Payment Options: (Preferably prior to the event to assist with confirmation of numbers and draws, or on the day).
EFT: Bendigo Bank BSB: 633 108 Account: 149 353 492 Account Name: Ormond Tennis Club Inc* Details to include name and event.
Cash or EFTPOS - to be arranged at the Club (Wed nights is an option) If Wednesday night, ensure that it is noted separately on the sheet that payment is for Club Champs.
Once we have players confirmed I will put together a draw with times to be at the Courts for both days

Hi, just a reminder our friendly mixed doubles Wednesday night tennis is back up and running. You can come any time from 7 pm onwards. Sets are organised and rotated. Bring a friend. The 2024 AGM of Ormond Tennis Club will be held on Monday 27 May at 7.30 at the clubrooms. All members are welcome to attend.

The Ormond Tennis Club Championships were played last weekend (Saturday 13/14th April 2024) with another successful year and terrific competition played by everyone who participated. Thank you to David Meek for organizing an enjoyable event.

The annual OTC Club Championships are being held this weekend over two days. Saturday Men start at 9 am and Ladies at 10 am.
Sunday Men at 10 am and Ladies at 10 am. There will be a BBQ provided on Sunday from about 12.30 pm and Trophies awarded on Sunday. Come down and watch some great matches being played. Social Tennis will be played Sunday Afternoon.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT TENNIS RESUMES 2024
Our Wednesday Night mixed social tennis resumes this Wednesday Night 17/1/2024. Come down and enjoy a fun evening of social tennis from 7 pm on wards. Sets are organized and rotated. The cost for the night is $5.00 for members and $10.00 for non members. New players most welcome.

Our annual Christmas Party for 2023 was a great success. There was plenty of tennis played and a wonderful dinner was put on by the committee. Mimi and Michael received their awards for the most improved players for our Wednesday Night Tennis 2023. We wish all our members and friends a safe Christmas and a Happy New Year.

The Committee invites you to our annual Christmas Party on Wednesday Night 13th December from 7 pm on wards. There is no cost for the night and dinner is supplied. Just B.Y.O drinks. Please bring your racquet as there will be social tennis. If the weather is inclement, please come down and join us for dinner and get together. We look forward to seeing you on the night.
