Complacency. Getting comfortable
Staying complacent with where you're at and avoiding any discomfort won't get you to your goals. You need to experience some degree of difficulty!
This doesn't mean HIIT sessions every day and a strict diet that you hate, but it could be as simple as:
โžก๏ธ Getting those last 500 steps goal late at night when you don't want to
โžก๏ธ Waking up to your 5am alarm to go to the gym despite the bed being so comfy
โžก๏ธ Following your meal prep even though everyone's getting McDonald's
โŒ๏ธ No further growth ever comes from being complacent. And the comfort zone, well, that's where dreams go to die

When Sam and I started working together, he had struggled with every day tasks - working, mowing the lawns, playing with the kids, etc
He had a goal to drop at least 20kg in 12 months, we done it in just over 3 months ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ How? By implementing the right Systems, Structures, and Strategies to make failing almost impossible
Sam has now started to reclaim his health and his life back. He's able to keep up with his kids now, decreased negative health factors, and improved his mental health! ๐Ÿ”ฅ
