Need a snack that actually keeps you satisfied?

These cookie dough balls taste like dessert but work like real food.

No baking. No complicated steps. Just mix, roll, done.

What you need:
• 200g Mayvers peanut butter
• 90g raw honey
• 100g vanilla WPI protein powder
• 30g Mayvers powdered peanut butter
• 75g dark choc chips (I used Noshu, but Pana works great too)
• 15-20g desiccated coconut for rolling

How to make them: Mix everything except the coconut in a bowl. If it's too dry, add a splash of water. Roll into balls, coat in coconut. Done.

This makes 16 balls at about 32g each.

Per ball: 161 cals, 10.2g protein, 9.3g carbs, 9.1g fat

Store them in the fridge and grab one when you need something sweet that won't leave you hungry 20 minutes later.

Save this for your next snack prep.

Need lunch on the run? 🚗

Here's an easy grab-and-go option you can pick up from the supermarket and eat on the go.

Quick, convenient and proof that staying on track doesn't always require meal prep. 👌

I like to think about food shopping a little like fashion… 👇🏼

For me, the big chain supermarkets can be a bit like Temu. There are plenty of great finds and they're convenient and affordable, but sometimes I'm happy to spend a little more on quality.

Then there are the local growers, butchers, organic suppliers and specialty stores I love. I think of these as my high-end stores. 👜

I'm often paying more, but I'm choosing products based on the ingredients, where they've come from and how they've been produced.

I'm a big believer that there's a difference between simply spending money on food and investing in the food that fuels your body. 🌱

That doesn't mean everything in your trolley needs to be organic, expensive or from a specialty store. It's about making informed choices and prioritising quality where it works for you.

Instead of always asking, "How can I spend less?" sometimes ask, "Where is it worth investing a little more?"

Choose quality where you can. Invest in yourself. Think long term. ❤️

Did you know this simple trick for easily tracking how much sauce or dressing you're actually adding to your meals? 👀

It's quick, easy and takes the guesswork out of tracking.

Save this one for later! 👌

Do you know how many calories your salad dressing is adding? 👀

Dressings are one of those things we tend to pour on without giving much thought to the serving size, but the calories can add up quickly.

For comparison, 85g of my homemade Caesar dressing is just 66 calories, while the same amount of some store-bought options can be 250+ calories.

Does that mean you can’t have them? Absolutely not. It’s simply about being aware of what you’re adding and making choices that work with your goals. 💚

Sometimes the smallest swaps can make a BIG difference.

It's always the "10 little pulses" that get you. 😂🔥If you know, you know.
