This is a gentle reminder to be kind to yourself these holidays. Most people tend to eat a little more around this time of the year and then feel guilty when the new year starts. But this is your reminder that it is okay to enjoy yourself! Eat what you want and then move on.

Don’t dwell on the amount of “bad” food you ate and remember the memories you made while spending time with those that matter most to you!

We’re all about creating positive relationships with food and remembering that there is no such thing as “bad” food there is only sometimes foods that you eat in moderation 😉
