Orbost gym received some of the new equipment, we also decided to alter the layout and it looks much much better.
Our gym is a 24/7 self served one.
You can join online via our FB page or call 0400347202 for a weekly or monthly pass between 10.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Wednesday
10.30 to 12 noon. Walk-in can be purchase and used when gym is staffed. Call prior to confirm.
Under 18yo must be supervised by a known adult, no exception.

Alert to all shopkeeper/retail owners
A man with a small motorcycle/Moffat has been seen prowling in the back alleys of the shops in Nicholson street, last night around 9pm.
Check your outdoor camera in case it caught it.
Put the picture on all local groups.
Being in lockdown means your shop is vulnerable to thieves.
Keep that in mind.

It doesn’t take long to do the right by others.
To the very inconsiderate nitwit who leave the weight plate on the machine, remember, not everyone can carry a 25kg one.
Remove the plate from the smith machine or leg press after use.
