Water safety education is something every child deserves — no matter how far they live from the coast.
For inland kids, the opportunity to learn vital surf awareness and water safety skills can be life-changing. That’s why connecting with experienced coastal clubs Broulee Surfers Surf Life Saving Club and giving our children access to real surf education is so incredibly important.
We are especially grateful to the dedicated parents who had the vision and drive to establish Orange Bush Nippers back in 2007. Their commitment to creating opportunities for inland families laid the foundation for everything we have today. Because of their efforts, we now enjoy a strong and valued relationship with Dee Why SLSC — a partnership that allows our kids to train, grow, and build confidence in the ocean.
It truly takes a village. From the original founding families to our current parents, volunteers, and supporting clubs — thank you for continuing to make water safety education accessible, meaningful, and empowering for our inland children.
Here’s to building confident, capable and surf-smart kids — one wave at a time 🌊💛
