Two best friends, one mission 💪✨

These two legends show up at the crack of dawn together every week, push each other, laugh through the tough sets, and keep smashing their goals. Watching them grow stronger, fitter, and more confident week by week has been incredible.
This is what it’s all about — support, consistency, and having someone beside you who lifts you up when things get tough.

14 months ago I started running 6am group training at world gym Gregory Hills and it has been so incredibly rewarding and of course soo much fun.!! Every one of these incredible superstars you see here have shown commitment, consistency, personal growth and determination throughout their health & fitness journey’s and as their PT, I couldn’t be more proud of them. Keep it up you bloody legends!!!
