✨ SOUND HEALING + GUIDED MEDITATION ✨

Join us for a beautiful evening of relaxation, connection and nervous system reset at Sweat Pilates 🤍

Our first wellness event in our new Sweat community series will include:
🕯 Gentle infrared stretch flow  
🎶 Sound healing session  
🧘🏼 Guided meditation  
🍵 Herbal tea + connection time afterwards  

The session will be held in a warm studio using our infrared heating panels to create a calming and cosy atmosphere designed to help you fully unwind and relax.

This experience has been created to help you slow down, switch off from the stress of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.

Sunday, 3 May we’re doing things a little differently and bringing our community together 💛

Instead of classes, we’re heading outdoors for a community walk at Harrington Park Lake 🚶‍♀️🌿

Let’s move, connect, and celebrate everything Pilates is about strength, balance, and community 🤍

☕️ And yes coffee is on us 😉
🧢 We’ll also be providing a Sweat Pilates hat for you to wear on the day

👯‍♀️ Bring along whoever you like friends, family, everyone is welcome
