The countdown is on! Occys season is nearly here! 💙🧡

Our tryouts are on 19th September, with the season officially kicking off on 13th October.

More details around registrations, training and the season will be coming soon, so keep an eye on our page.

We’re also very lucky that Occys members receive 20% off pool season passes 🙌

A huge thank you to the Shire of Ashburton for their continued support of our club, not only through initiatives like this discount, but for always getting behind us and helping make swimming more accessible for our local families. We really do appreciate it. 💙🧡

📣 ONSLOW OCCY’S AGM 🐙

It’s AGM time!

📅 Tuesday 1 September
⏰ 5:00pm

Our club is run entirely by volunteers, and quite simply, without volunteers there is no club.

If you’re planning to come along, please let us know. We need enough people present to hold the AGM and fill the required positions — if we don’t have the numbers, there’s no AGM, and ultimately no season.

You don’t need to have loads of spare time or know everything about swimming clubs to help. Many hands make light work, and every little bit makes a difference.

So please come along, support the club and help us make sure the Occy’s are back in the pool for another season! 💙🧡

Safe to say we are still buzzing after last night’s session at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games ! 🤩🏊

What a night. We watched Games records tumble, saw the Australian Dolphins Swim Team absolutely flying, got to celebrate a brilliant Scottish Swimming gold 🇦🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿, and even witnessed something pretty special—a swim-off after a dead heat in a semi-final. You could feel the tension in the whole arena!

Moments like that are why we love this sport. The atmosphere was unreal, and watching the world’s best race at that level is something you never forget.

Hopefully we’ll bring plenty of inspiration, ideas and motivation home with us to share with our Occy’s swimmers. 💙🧡

Who’s ready for the season to kick off in September? We know we are! 🏊✨
