Wowsa an entire year has passed since we closed the doors to Crossfit Northern Adelaide.
We miss all the laughs, all the goss and those bloody ripper workouts that we endured together.
We personally have been training in our carport, a globo gym and keeping relatively fit with farm work at our new home but geez it is just not the same as that great feeling of throwing down with your buddies in the gym. Follow along if you’d like to see what’s next for us!✌🏻💪🏻

Our Crossfit classes take the focus away on “losing weight” and completely shift your attention to your performance in the gym. You’ll start to notice you can do things you couldn’t do before. You can lift things you couldn’t before. Daily tasks that used to puff you out are no longer something that would even warrant an eyelash batt.
Do you actually remember the last time you weren’t trying to lose weight or “needing” to?
It’s so freaking refreshing to be exercising for the intention of getting stronger, being fitter or simply to let off some steam after a hard day.

Is it to simply lose weight? We can tell you this. That is not enough.
If you are starting a fitness regime to simply lose weight, you won’t stick to it. Simple.

Block out all the noise, all the influence from social media, friends, your ego and actually sit down and ask yourself WHY. �Why do I want to exercise?

What is important to you? Is your freedom important? Is your family and your connections with friends?

Investing in yourself and your health is what will allow you to have the freedom to travel and explore without limitations. It will give you the ability to run around wth your children, nieces, grandchildren.

Investing in your health will put you in a better head space so you can be fun and vibrant and energised around your loved ones and show up being your best self.
