Hello New Year & Welcome 2026 from my family to you!
I just want to take a moment to welcome everyone into a brand-new year of movement, connection and time for YOU.
There will be a slight tweak to the session timetable this year, but the heart of what we do stays exactly the same.
My sessions are all about creating a safe, judgement-free space for anyone who just needs time to themselves, moving their body, laughing, breathing, and being surrounded by an incredible group of people. Honestly… movement + good humans is the best therapy.
I’ll be the first to say it — my own weight and fitness have fluctuated plenty over the years thanks to life 🙋♀️ Kids, work, stress, putting everyone else first… you name it. But we can’t let that stop us.
This is your reminder that you matter too. It’s time to give yourself permission to do something just for you.
And now for the exciting part…
When I move back to Old Bar (hopefully April!insert little excited scream here* 😆🎉), I’d love to start a Walk & Talk group. Pram friendly, dog friendly, or just you and some fresh air. No pressure, no pace goals, just moving and chatting.
I’ve also created separate group chats for outdoor sessions, so I don’t clog up this feed. If you’d like to be added, just shoot me a message.
A little honesty moment, this business is my second job, so please be kind and understanding if I occasionally have to cancel last minute or shuffle times around. I’ll always give as much notice as I can.
Lastly… thanks Facebook 😅, all my live workout videos were deleted, so I’ll be restarting live workouts soon and building them back up again. These will be on a separate group page, which I’ll share shortly.
I’m so excited for what this year is going to bring and so grateful to have you all here.
