Old Bar Clams Rugby Club Celebrating 45 years of Clams Rugby in 2026

The Old Bar Beach Rugby Club was one of the foundation clubs of the Lower Mid North Coast competition in 1981 with Port Macquarie, Taree, Gloucester and Kempsey fielding teams. In August 2017 the club formed the Old Bar Beach women's team which entered the inagural lower Mid North Coast women's competition.
