A huge thank you firstly to Crowdy Head Surf Life Saving Club and all their volunteers for having us - we are so grateful for the opportunity to spend the day at your beach 💚💛 an amazing amount of effort and time went into today and we appreciate it so much!

Well done to all our Nippers, your comradery and team spirit was outstanding and you did TOB proud! Great work!

To all our Age Managers, JACs, Assistants, Registrar, Water Safety, IRB drivers and volunteer supporters - well done and thank you! Your energy and enthusiasm for our Nippers and their progress (and fun) is inspiring!!

🩵❤️TOB and CROWDY💛💚

Intercomp is this Sunday 1st March

Start time is 9am sharp, please arrive early to setup and get into age groups (8.30am recommended)

Bring: Water, Rashie, Coloured Cap, Goggles if you wish, Sunscreen, beach shelter, towel and some competitive spirit!! ☀️🏅🙌

No registration required, this is an informal comp to give everyone a go and feel for surf sports in a fun and friendly environment 🩵

Crowdy Head Surf Life Saving Club will hold a BBQ and open the upstairs bar after the comp (finishing approximately 12pm midday) for people to relax and mingle!

We can’t wait!!

Sunday 22nd February 2026

☀️ The conditions today were unreal! Visibility was pristine, waves were perfect and everyone got in the water! Cans were out with plenty of boards, swims, practicing signals and even diving down to the ocean floor all the way out the back!

We hope everyone had a great day at Old Bar Beach 🌊 with a huge shoutout to Patrol 6 for getting in and having fun with us, PC Jane Lynch for leading water activities, all our age managers, water safety, BBQ crew, and registrar Kristy for jumping in! Final thanks also to our JAC Ruby and all round legend Kasey!

Days like this we make the most of it! Well done nippers for giving it your all and putting in some amazing efforts today ❤️🩵

❤️🩵Nippers 🩵❤️ will be at Old Bar this weekend (22nd Feb) with lots of intercomp practice and training!

Next week (1st March) we will be at Crowdy Head for a 9am start - please arrive early to get settled into age groups and organised for the day (and to grab a good spot on the beach!). BBQ and bar will be open at Crowdy after the comp for people to relax and connect! Check your emails for details!

Last Nippers fun day 8th March with BBQ supplied by Lions Club of Old Bar!!

Lock in 22nd March for presso day from 12.30pm, and we welcome everyone to stay for Sippers to make an afternoon of it!

Sunday 15th February 2026

It was an all round kinda day for nippers with our older age groups doing CPR, thanks to a special presentation by our resident paramedic Jess! A huge thank you for skilling up our Nippers (and caregivers too!) with some great sessions!!

Over to the pool to practice some easy paddling and rolling, then back for a tasty BBQ, bagels from ABE'S BAGELS 🥯 and a friendly smile from the Francs and Mick when getting a snag from NTB Gourmet Meats on Old Bar Bakery bread!

Last but not least, our new order of merch from Fab Art was running out the doors thanks to Ash and her salesperson skills!!!

Well done to all our Nippers today, shoutout to our Age Managers, JACs, assistants and watersafety - along with all those who make the day a success!
