A traditional Japanese Karate incorporating the background styles of our Sensei including Kyokushin and Shotokan Karate. We teach students from 4 years. Karate can help develop confidence, discipline, self esteem, fitness, improve physical and mental health, personal development, co-ordination & positive attitudes. The journey from beginner to Black Belt can have many exciting challenges why not start now.
