One of the absolute best days i have had in Phuket, we went to visit a good friend and went exploring around in his home suburb of Thalang, beautiful beaches, rainforrest and a waterfall, then off for a quick visit to a local friends thai gym, of course the quick gym visit ended up being a couole of hours and i got to have a play with the local kids. Cant wait to go back and do it all again. So grateful to have found the best sport in the world

There will be 5.45 bootcamp and 6.30pm Muaythai sessions on Monday and Tuesday night this week.
This will wind up group PM sessions at the carrum downs location. PT training will still be available by appointment after Tuesday at the carrum location until further notice. Thank you hope to see everyone in for a few more big sessions to kick off the week.
