Working with your health professionals i can support injury recovery, weight loss, improved health, postural correction, increased fitness, muscle tone, stress relief, reduced pain, and increase sense of self power and wellbeing. I use various training equipment;
*some very traditional such as Weights,
*others more dynamic like Kettle Bells and Gym Balls
*and the less traditional yet versatile Suspension Training Straps, BOSU and Rollers
