Warrior Academy Classes are designed to promote self-confidence, discipline,co-operation,
respect, creativity and enjoyment of physical activity.

Warrior Academy offers Martial Arts classes for all ages from preschoolers through to adults. Classes are designed to promote self-confidence, discipline, co-operation, respect, coordination and enjoyment of physical activity. Our adult program includes classes in either Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Muay Thai. Junior classes incorporate both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai allowing students to experience and benefit from both arts. We are a family focused academy that is welcoming and supportive.

Just because the school holidays are finished, doesn't mean that you can't train at home. This sequence is a great way to practice 7 different Muay Thai elbows.
