Step into Life Ocean Grove was established in February 2011. Having a passion for fitness and the outdoors Penny decided that the Step into Life model allowed people of all ages and fitness levels to train together whilst having some fun and supporting each other. The Step into Life Ocean Grove Community has steadily grown over the years and even though some people are no longer training with us f

or a variety of reasons many retain strong friendships with others they meet at Step into Life. Members start with Step into Life to increase their fitness, tone up, gain health benefits and those type of goals. They get the added benefits of support, friendships, improvement in mental health and being part of a great community.
