Pilates doesn’t stay in the studio - it follows You into everything You do outside of it.

So much of what we train in Reformer Pilates isn’t just about how it feels in the moment but how it supports Your everyday movement without You even realising.

The way You sit down and stand up.
The way You twist, reach, lift and carry.
The way Your body supports You through the small, repeated actions of daily life.

Inside the studio, it might look like controlled leg work, core-focused curls, or upper-body presses. But outside the studio, it becomes ease in movement You used to think about twice.

We hear these statements a lot, and if You’ve ever thought them too, You’re definitely not alone. Let’s gently clear a few things up.

Pilates is designed to meet You exactly where You are - whether You’re brand new or building on years of practice. If You’ve been holding Yourself back because of one of these myths, consider this Your sign to let them go. ♥️

Pilates fits into so many different moments of the day - not because life slows down, but because it meets You exactly where YOU are.

At Addicted, we see so many of our Members showing up from completely different parts of their day and life.

For some, it’s their only quiet moment in a busy day.
For others, it’s a reset before picking up the kids from school.
For others again, it’s a way to move their body after sitting at a desk for hours.

That’s the beauty of Pilates. You never need to arrive in a certain headspace or level of energy. You just show up as You are, and the movement does the rest. Each class is designed to support strength, mobility, and mindfulness in a way that adapts to your life - not the other way around.

Some days You need something grounding and slow.
Some days You need to feel challenged and strong.
Some days You just need space to breathe and reconnect with Yourself.

It’s not about finding the “perfect time” to move. It’s about realising there isn’t one.

If You’ve ever felt like You “don’t have time” or “don’t have the right routine yet,” this is Your reminder that You don’t need either to start.
