It is with great pleasure to announce that last night, Oakleigh Tennis Club won Tennis Victoria's "Most Outstanding Club or Centre Award"!
Thank you to everyone at the club for your support. It has been a great team effort over many years to achieve this and is something that every member of the club can be proud of.

A Million reasons to celebrate! 🥳

Tennis Australia has hit a monumental milestone with more than one million hours of tennis court bookings across the country. Our very own Oakleigh Tennis Club was named as the country’s top Book-A-Court Venue in Australia.

To mark the occasion we had a special visit from Tennis Australia’s Laurence Robertson Director of Pathways and Tennis Services and Grand Slam Doubles Champion and tennis Legend John Fitzgerald OAM.

We will be running Rally4Ever sessions to help lift the spirit of our community and celebrate the summer of tennis. ⁠

Australian Open Kids on Court is BACK.

We are looking forward to taking a group of VTA kids aged 6-10 to the Aussie Open on the 20th January. Kids get to warm up the crowd by playing on the courts before the pros come on for their match. Our team then take the kids around Melbourne Park to watch some tennis and experience the kids zone.

Keep going VTA community!

With the recent government announcement of the roadmap we are hoping to return to the courts very soon. It’s been a while so we may all be needing this giant racquet!

We’ll update you with dates and what the re-opening will look like as and when we get the information.
