6 WEEK TRAINING PLAN

Looking for a basic and beneficial training plan for the off-season, then check out the FULL 16 Page Plan in the Bio Linktree https://linktr.ee/spartanedgefitness

Some notes:
- Set for outside of Club training.
- If you know when Pre-season starts (estimate) then begin before it.
- Is 6 weeks in total and dated to start Mon. 7 October. (Start as you please if you prefer earlier)
- Can be a lot of training for some; weights and running, 5-6 days a week. So, be mindful how you train and recover.
- Basic exercises in the gym. Adapt it as you need.
- It is progressive, so check the Notes on the second last page for guidelines.

Off-season

With the winter sporting season finished, the Off-Season is definitely upon us.

As an athlete, you either completely switch off and wait for the call up for pre-season or you are thinking how to improve next season and potentially still training.
Best approach is to do both, little from Column A (switch off) and bit more from Column B (train)

Take a couple weeks off to unwind from your sport but be active in something to keep engaged in some light physical activity. Get some rehab on injuries and check up from the Physio.
After that, begin preparing to be ready for Pre-Season and standing out from the crowd.

If you get started on the right track, an Off-Season can be a great time to get gains, prevent injuries, revitalize and energize to dominate next season.
