🩰✨ WHAT A WONDERFUL AICD BALLET EXAM SEASON!

We are incredibly proud of all our beautiful ballet students following two wonderful days of AICD Ballet Examinations.

A very special thank you to Mr Mark Brinkley, our examiner, for creating such a positive examination experience for our dancers. His incredible knowledge and expertise, combined with his relaxed, warm and encouraging nature, truly inspired our dancers and allowed them to perform with confidence. 🤍

🌟 Special congratulations to:

🏅 Ivanka Tyapkin – awarded a Special Medal Award for her Grade 6 examination.

🏅 Zatanna Bussen-O’Brien – awarded a Special Medal Award for her Grade 4 examination.

👏 Hanna Q – who completed both her Grade 3 AND Grade 4 examinations this season! Preparing for and completing two ballet examinations in the one season is an exceptional achievement and a wonderful reflection of her dedication and hard work.

✨ And an incredible congratulations to our entire Grade 3 class, with every student achieving an Honours result! It is very rare for an entire examination group to achieve such consistently high results, and we could not be prouder of them.

A huge thank you to Mr Matt Dillon for everything he has contributed throughout the year. From his invaluable assistance during the examination days to the dedication he has shown training our Grade 5, Grade 6, Intermediate and Advanced students to such a high technical standard, we are extremely grateful for his expertise and commitment to our dancers.

And thank you to Miss Deanne for all her hard work, preparation and dedication to our Grade 3, Grade 4 and Grade 5 students throughout the year.

Most importantly, congratulations to every student who stepped into the examination room. We saw beautiful improvement, confidence, artistry and dedication across all grades. You should all be incredibly proud of what you achieved. 🩰💕

📣 EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT! 📣

We are beyond excited to welcome former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Jinelle Esther to Deanne Fordham School of Dance for an exclusive Dance & Cheer Workshop! 💙⭐️

Jinelle spent five seasons as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, followed by a sixth season as a DCC All-Star. She was also a member of the elite Show Group, represented the Cowboys internationally on five USO military tours and appeared on the hit television series Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team.

Now based in Melbourne, Jinelle coaches dancers and aspiring NFL cheerleaders across Australia — and this is an incredible opportunity to train with her right here at DFSD!
