🔥 AAM6 BANDITS — WHAT A BATTLE! 🔥
The Bandits had their work cut out for them today, taking on the Premiers in a game that had absolutely everything! With the sideline packed with supporters, the atmosphere was electric from the start. 💙🤍
Mount Annan struck first, but the Bandits hit straight back to level the scores. Then came two goals in quick succession, putting us 3-1 up and looking to cause a major upset!
Mount Annan came out firing in the second half and fought their way back to 3-3. Another goal from each side had the game locked at 4-4 at full time.
Into extra time… and after another 20 minutes of football, neither team could find the back of the net.
So it all came down to penalties.
Unfortunately, today just wasn’t our day, going down 7-8 on penalties. 💔
But what a way to finish the season. The effort, determination, fight and never-say-die attitude this team has shown all season has been something to be incredibly proud of.
Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Well done, Bandits. You gave it everything. ⚽🔥

What a game from our Burra Beavers Men’s team today! ⚽️🔥

After a hard-fought match against Gunners SC, the boys battled through extra time to secure a fantastic 2–1 victory! 💪👏

💙 WE’RE OFF TO THE GRAND FINAL!

What an incredible effort from the whole team. The determination, heart and never-give-up attitude was on full display today! 👏

What a game from our Men’s team on the weekend! 🔥

After a hard-fought match, the boys took it all the way to a penalty shootout, holding their nerve to come away with a 5–3 victory! 👏⚽️

A fantastic effort from the whole team — determination, composure and plenty of heart when it mattered most. 💪

☀️ BANDITS FINAL RECAP | AAM6 🔥

A beautiful winter’s day, but the stakes were high — win or go home! It was an elimination final, and the boys were a little sluggish out of the blocks, with Narellan quickly putting two away. 😬
But the Bandits weren’t done yet! They dug deep and found a goal before half-time to make it 2–1.
Then the Bandits turned up! 🔥 The second half was all-out attack, with the boys applying constant pressure until the equaliser came with just 5 minutes to go!
2–2 at full time meant extra time — and the Burra boys were hungry!
The attack continued, the defence stood like a brick wall, and the Bandits found TWO goals in extra time to seal an incredible 4–2 victory! 🏆🔥
What a fightback. What a game. What a team! 👏👏
Now we look ahead to next week and a massive challenge against the Premiers, Mt Annan.
One more game. One more fight. LET’S GO BANDITS!

💙⚽️ U16 BOYS | SEMI FINAL ⚽️💙

What a season for our U16 Boys! 👏

The boys battled it out in their Semi Final on Saturday, giving it everything they had right until the final whistle. Unfortunately, they went down 2–1 in a hard-fought game.

While the result wasn’t what we hoped for, the boys should be incredibly proud of how far they’ve come and the effort, commitment and determination they’ve shown throughout the season. 💙

A huge congratulations to the players, coaches, managers and families for an amazing season. You’ve done Burragorang proud! 👏💙
