🎾🏆NSJTA GRAND FINALS🎾🏆
An incredible season for our juniors came to an end today with 3 teams representing us in Grand Finals!

C Reserve 3
Capped off a dominant undefeated season with a tight 2 game win against a determined Coburg team to win back to back premierships.
Congratulations to Oscar, Jayden, Andy, Harris, Zane & Nayan!

D Special 3
After suffering heartbreak in the Grand Final last season the team avenged that loss with a 7 game victory over Glencairn to complete an undefeated season & claim their first premiership.
Congratulations to Kieran, Curtis, Alfie, Mason, Rishi & Saanvi!

D Grade 4
Not quite the dream season, but what a run from our youngest team in their first season of competition! Sadly falling to a very strong Keilor East team this morning. We have no doubts these young stars will be back in another Grand Final in the future!
Congratulations to Anaira, Hamish, Jimmy, Nikki, Pippa & Archie!

As a club, we couldn’t be prouder of the success & development of our juniors not only this season, but over the past 12 months. It is a testament to the kids efforts at training, on a Friday night & Saturday morning, as well as the efforts of all the parents & volunteers who make this all possible.

🎾NSJTA SEMI FINALS🎾
First season of tennis & into a Grand Final!

After a crazy couple of weeks which saw two straight Saturdays being washed out; our D Grade 4 team won their way through to a Grand Final this morning with a thrilling 3 game win over a strong opposition in Strathmore.

They now join our C Reserve 3 & D Special 3 teams in the decider next Saturday.

Congratulations to our C Reserve 3 & D Special 3 teams who won their way through to a Grand Final this morning.

Our A Grade 5 Boys & D Grade 4 Unisex teams both got washed out & will play their semi finals next week.

That’s a wrap on the Spring 2025 Season!

Congratulations to our B Special 6 Men’s team who have added another premiership to their impressive tally 🏆

Unfortunately our A Reserve 1 team came up short tonight against long term rivals, Essendon.

Well done to all our Men’s teams this season, enjoy the break and we look forward to seeing everyone back out on the court in 2026! 💪🏼

Congratulations to our A Reserve 2 and C Special 2 mixed teams who brought home the premiership flags tonight! 🏆

Unfortunately, our C Grade 1 team fell short by 3 games in a close contest.

A great season for all of our mixed players! 👏

Tomorrow night sees our A Reserve 1 and B Special 6 men’s teams take on grand finals. Wishing both teams the best of luck!

Mens
Congratulations to our A Reserve 1 & B Special 6 teams who also won their way through to a Grand Final next Thursday. Commiserations to our C Special 3 & C Grade 2 teams who fell short in their semi final matchups.

Juniors
As the home & away season draws to a close we have 4 of our 7 teams set to take on the semis next week. A great result!

🎾JUNIORS UPDATE🎾
How good do our juniors look in their new club uniforms as we kick off season 2 of the NSJTA!?!?

A big welcome to our latest D Grade team; all homegrown through our coaching program which is currently thriving & sees our largest number of teams we have entered in almost a decade!

Results this week saw 2 wins, 2 losses, a draw, a washout & a bye.

Wishing all our kids the best of luck for the season ahead & thanks once again to all the parents who make this possible.

A big congratulations to our 2 Thursday midweek ladies teams who both won their season 1 grand finals! Well done section 2 and section 6! Great effort ladies! 👏🏻💪.

🎾NSJTA GRAND FINALS🎾
2 out of 3 ain’t bad!

This morning our 3 Grand Finalists went into battle with the hopes of winning a premiership.

In an absolutely incredible result, 2 of our 3 teams walked away victorious & captured the flag.

Congratulations to the following teams & players.

- C Reserve 3: defeated St Thereses 35-12 (Tahlia, Taylah, Michael, Kay, Isabella, Jessica & Navami)

- D Grade 2: defeated Keilor East 29-26 (Oscar, Jayden, Zane, Nayan, London & Tainui)

- D Grade 3: defeated by Sunbury 31-23 (Kieran, Curtis, Alfie, Mason, Rishi & Saanvi)

A big thank you to all our players for their commitment throughout the season & hard work on the training track, as well as our parents & team managers who made it all possible.

Our junior program is absolutely thriving at the moment & it is a pleasure to watch the kids improve every Saturday!
