Sensei Conor comes to us with a background in Karate and Muay Thai and has been practicing martial arts for the last 16 years, teaching for 8 years! 💪

They love teaching at Impact and have so much experience to offer, 😍 and we’re so happy they are here!

P.S. - Here’s a fun fact about Sensei Conor 👉 Sensei Conor competed in the AMAC Japanese / Australasian tournament in Yokohama Japan in 2018 and won 1st Place in the Full Contact Division, and 1st Place in Contact Points sparring! 👊

Do your goals scare you? ✅ Good - they should.

📣 Your goals are there for a reason - you’re meant to achieve them. Period ❗

So when life gets hard, don’t give up.

Don’t shrink the goal to meet you where you are right now 🙅 You can’t grow that way.

Break the big goal into smaller chunks - this will keep you motivated and helps you celebrate small wins along the way 🎉

🧱 Small wins are the building blocks you need to hit those big goals.

Sensei / Kru Bob, Sensei Natalie, and Sensei Carlo will 'bow out' as directors of Impact Self Defence and Training Centre on Thursday, 30th June 2022. As a result, they will not be available to celebrate Christmas in July, but they hope to enjoy their 20-year journey with you in June.
