Well we may have been a bit quiet but it’s going to be a busy few weeks , if all goes well we will head down for Sunday funday at Drouin on the 24th to watch the better half defend her state title and I’ll also have a car in the demo for some fun , then if I get everything done we have also entered to do our first 100lapper in the old faithful EL on kings birthday weekend and Jaimi may also saddle up in the 100 in another car , busy few weeks ahead but if anyone wants to jump on board for the 100 lapper in any way just yell out and we can sort something out .

Well not the way we wanted to finish the night but accomplished our one goal of making it straight into the A-main with such a tough field . . Then come final time, I was driven over on the first lap putting me 1/4 lap behind in last before a few more whacks giving us some damage while trying to work our way back through the field but pushed on and still managed to finish so there’s plenty of positives to take out of the night . A massive thanks to all the legends that helped out at the track especially Hug Hesy and Brad Warren appreciate your constant help and support but also to all our animators that never fail to support and encourage us

Well I had issues in my last heat but managed to finish 4th behind some quick cars , Wazza has killed it as always , waz is in the top 8 pole shuffle and I will be straight into the big dance out of 18 .

Rolling out of Longwarry, meet Chris “Aartsy” Aarts and his trusty EL Falcon N29. His favourite racer? Shona’s dad because sometimes you don’t need a name when the legend speaks for itself. Aartsy’s standout moment in the series was a beauty: dragging himself from a heat DNF to a B-Main start, then climbing all the way to 5th in the A-Main at Simpson in his very first year. That’s what we call “accidental brilliance.”

Pre-race, Chris keeps things simple: no superstitions, just a mission to find some talent before turn one. If he could add anything to his car, it wouldn’t be horsepower or fancy gadgets just “some talent behind the wheel,” preferably delivered before the green flag drops.

His advice to the next generation?
Just get out there and have fun that’s what it’s all about.

Well you don’t get a much better field then what we have this Saturday for Rd2 of the JP Asphalting Extreme Sports Sedan Series , we certainly won’t be the fastest but hopefully our consistency is key to a decent result 👌

With the weekend now just four days away, we’re excited to officially release nominations for Round 2 at Nyora Raceway, and what a field we have coming. A huge 43 drivers have entered to take on the bullring for our series round alone, and it’s shaping up to be one of the most competitive nights we’ve seen yet.

Returning to defend his Round 1 victory is Harry Cecil, but last year’s top trio, Donnaz “Mint Pig” Donegan, Dale “Dilby” Smith, and Ian “Thommo” Thomsen are all back on the hunt, determined to finish the series back on top. They’ll have their hands full though, with strong pressure coming from the likes of Josh Service, Mathew Ismail, Chris Aarts and Wazza, all eager to punch their ticket into the A-Main and rattle the standings.

Among the pack, family ties only add to the intensity. Dale and Russell Smith will continue their father son battle, the Orien and Miller brothers are sure to keep things spicy, and with Round 2 welcoming the Simpson sisters, the dynamic gets even more interesting. Will teamwork play a role in climbing the order, or will it be every racer for themselves? As the old saying goes, it’s a dog-eat-dog world.

Adding another layer to the intensity are rising talents like River Patterson, Lachlan Pottage and Andrew “Tim Tam” Mitchell. Any one of them has the potential to be the dark horse that catches the field off guard this weekend.

All signs point to a night stacked with battles from start to finish, making this one you truly don’t want to miss.

Gates open at 11:30am, with racing set to kick off from 4:30pm.
Grab your chairs, settle in, and get those backsides trackside!

Well our night at Nyora didn’t end as planned but we have a lot of pace and positives to take out of the night . A huge thank you to J-Rod at Hughesy’s Hot Tunes for his work and giving us a bit more engine this season you’re an absolute magician mate .

This put us out of 4 for the final ,tried up high off the start dropping to 5 but every lap got faster and lap 6 I was under the slappa into 3rd , then we believe a fuel reg started playing up ending our night .
