Shoutout to Kylie Victory for helping to organise and Darryl Eager for making our new timing system. The system starts and stops with the judge and takes the onus off the office ladies ( so no one can whinge we started late or stopped early/late 😂) it’s a game changer so thank you Darryl - we appreciate it 🤠⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Danny Kerr Djk Kerr & Mingle are the 2026 Australian Utility Champions and this is how their final run looked. You think in your head, 'this is how it's supposed to go before you walk on the grounds,' will be saving this one to watch before next year's event for sure.

At our presentation Gary thanked everyone but himself.

For many years he had the vision of running an Australian Utility Championships - but he did what most people don’t, instead of just talking about it he actually did it. (Dragging Dave willingly and me with a push 🤣 along for the ride)

His passion and drive made it happen and every day he is trying to think of ways to improve the event.

Unfortunately when you get to the upper echelon of any sport people can and do try to knock you down but his vision is clear and he has no agenda other than to better the sport for the people coming up which he is doing a great job of with his Schools and support to the upcoming workers.

Some people see a bloke who has won a lot of awards and is successful - I see a young bloke who has failed a million times but kept on trying and never gave up. It’s all about perspective.

So thank you Gary for all your hard work - your mother and father are and would be so proud of you, just as we your family are. Well done mate x

Thank you so much to everyone who attended our 2026 Enduro Australian Utility Championships in Nyngan.

We are blown away by the love and support you extended to us in running this trial.

From sponsors to workers to friends, everyone chipped in and helped us pull off this event, making it happy, cheerful and full of laughter and amazing comradery.

The support and encouragement shown amongst competitors especially for our Nursery participants was simply the best.

There are so many people to thank but we don’t want to miss anyone so please take this as our heartfelt thanks.

We hope you all had a happy few days with old friends and new ones.

When community comes together - magical things happen and the winner is us, our sport and our dog trialling community.
