Guess what? We're back and ready to help you kickstart your fitness journey with our 6-week bodyweight-only training starting on March 6th! We've already filled most of the spots, but we've saved a few just for you!
We know life can get suuuuper busy sometimes, so we're making it easy for you to join. Just book a quick phone call, and we'll work around your schedule to find the perfect time for you.
If you live near Northgate/Nundah don't have a gym membership, don't have time to make it to the gym, or just need some extra accountability, then you're in luck! We're here to help you make those positive changes you've been thinking about.
Here's the lowdown: you get 6 weeks of bodyweight-only training, but feel free to add weights if you're feeling extra spicy. We'll also hook you up with some yummy recipes and meal planning advice, and you can still head to the gym if that's more your jam.
We're not just here for the short-term gains, either. We'll help you set goals for the 6 weeks and then beyond, and we'll hold you accountable every step of the way. Plus, we've got face-to-face training available (for free!) and ongoing training after completion (some terms apply).
