A huge thank you to everyone that competed in nth vs sth round 3 on the weekend 💪🏻 Congratulations to North for winning the cup 🏆 It was a fun day and really nice to see several occasions where we are all friends first and competitors second 🙏🏻

Happy Saturday! Environmental Divers are holding a fundraising event on the 15th of October Cali-Fit and are looking for food donations that we can sell on the day to raise money to support our association. Nth vs Sth round 2 is done 🔥 and the winner is Northgate! That means it all comes down to round 3 in November 😊 will Southbank win their first championship or will it stay with Northgate? That question is completely up to all of you 💪🏻 The more team members that participate the more of an advantage your gym has especially in round 3. Thank you again to everyone that participated it was an awesome action packed show down with some true strength and skill on display 🙌🏻
