Last night Alanah had a tough hit out at Friday Night Under Lights Crit.

Massive grit and determination to claim top step on the podium!

Tomorrow she is backing it up for Racing Against Domestic Violence Criterium along with Tanja, Renee, Tara and Phila and epic support crew of Emily.

Cannot wait for the last big race of the season!

This start is a huge, massive, MEGA deal! Laura has not had the smoothest of roads to recovery over the last couple of years so for her to even be able to be on this start line is epic.

to when Tan gulped down the nerves and hit the track for the fourth race of the weekend at the Women's Tour.

Em came down to cheer race side and helped Tan get out there where she was off the front and in the mix - those nerves just disappearing once the race was on.

Not all wins are steps on the podium. Some of the biggest wins are moments just like this: being a bit nervous and doing it anyway and being part of building a community that is encouraging, safe and fun to do something a little outside of our comfort zone.

It's been a busy and diverse weekend!

De and her teamie took out first place in the mixed division at the epic adventure race, MOJO Raid.

That's mountain biking, running and kayaking all under your own navigation skills across bush, not tracks to score as many points as possible.

Dirt is the word this weekend!!

Or maybe mud...

Our ladies are getting out for the Noosa Enduro weekend!

We've got .tim.amanda up tomorrow in the 60km Mountain Bike. Amanda is on a roll. She's been on the podium for the last few events she's been at. Can't see what she can do when she let's it rip tomorrow!

On Sunday we've got racing in the Gravel National Championship. Course reduced to 110km doesn't play any favours for her but maybe the mud will help!

Let's roll ladies! Enjoy your weekend out and about, no matter what you're doing - it is going to a ripper!

Rainy days again have driven us to the indoor trainer.

But that's okay because we are getting amped to watch starting Sunday!!

Mt Gravatt in Brisbane hasn't quite got the same vistas as any of the mountain time trials in the tour... But it goes okay.

Here's Tan, squeezing the last drop of juice out of her legs in her hill climb TT.

You can't ask for anything more than giving it all you've got.

We cannot wait to tune in and watch our women pro race this historic tour.

Our dirt lover .tim.amanda travelled up to Townsville to race at over the weekend.

Dirt and grit seems to be what Amanda thrives on.

To top off some awesome mountain bike racing she came away on the top step of the podium.

We want to celebrate how far Tina has come in her recovery post accident.

It's been a long road for her and we have missed Tina.

Welcome back to the bike. Tina has been so patient and incredibly upbeat. We are sure she hasn't always felt like it but she has appeared to be a pillar of strength and calm in her recovery.

This time trial legend has done it all. And we know she'll come back and accomplish even more.
