It’s been a great start to the weekend !

We had the 5:15am guys - Jake, Rhett and Russell do a double session. 🔥🔥🔥👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
With all the other classes, everyone worked so hard for today’s competition workout.

The 8:00am crew always bring their competitive spirit with them and even sit down after the class to analyse the workout ! 🤣🤣

But the very best and most important part of this week is that we have Lyn back with us.
Lyn is an inspiration to us all and was in today running around doing above and beyond to get her points on the scoreboard. So everyone, the 8:00am won today’s competition thanks to Lyn! She gets unlimited points !! 😊😊❤️🔥🔥🔥💪🏼💪🏼

Hi everyone!!
Hope you’ve all had an amazing weekend! 😎😎

Our Class Attendance Challenge has finally come to an end and the winners are…… Kate and Lucy!!! As a team, they accumulated 830 points! Congratulations!!! 🔥🔥

Laurette and Narelle came in at a very close second with 825 points ! 🔥🔥

I would also like to mention Rhett ! This was a partner challenge but Rhett fought hard right to the end ! On his own he accumulated 530 points !

It was a pleasure watching everyone bring out their competitive spirit and give it their all - back to back classes, daily challenges and weekly challenges - soreness, fatigue… but they kept going!

To everyone that participated - WELL DONE!!!
