On Sunday, we hosted our bi annual GFA challenge for our recreational gymnasts

We had 33 gymnasts compete on the weekend and saw some great performances and enthusiasm throughout the whole session.

Our judges, coaches and helpers ensured a smooth running GFA challenge with smiles all around

All our gymnasts did an excellent job and we saw some amazing skills.

On the weekend, we had WAG gymnasts from level 4-7 compete at regional championships at Aerodynamix gymnastics

DON’T ‼️ forget to register for GFA CHALLENGE on September 13th! This is your last week to sign up!

⭐️What is GFA Challenge?
Our GFA Challenge is a zero stress, fun filled competition where our recreational gymnasts can see what it’s like to compete, in a stress free environment. It is an internal competition meaning they compete right where they train, and gymnasts will compete with Nunawading gymnasts only.

⭐️Your gymnast will be competing on/with all apparatus they practice throughout the term including:
Beam, Vault, Tramp, Floor, Rythmic, Bars, Rings, Mushroom, P-Bars and ACRO.

⭐️All of their routines have been taught in their classes, and they will compete these same routines on the day.

⭐️This competition is a great way for recreational gymnasts to see what it is like to compete, especially if they are wanting to potentially move into a squad class.

On the weekend, we had our WAG gymnasts from Level 3, all the way to Level 10 compete at the Eclipse Invitational.
This was a special competition as our level 3’s got to watch our most senior gymnasts compete.
We saw some great performances and outstanding results.

✨ JUDGES INVITE ✨

The RG 1/2 girls had an amazing competition at the Judges Invitational at Ruyton Gymnastics.
They all put their best foot forward and really took on all feedback from coaches to ensure the routines they competed were to the best of their ability, we are so proud of our girls!

Level 3s had a wonderful comp this weekend! Everyone caught their throws! And congratulations to Anna and Holly who got their first GOLDs ever!

💛Eastern Junior Gymstar Competition💛

This was a very exciting competition as it was our first gymstar competition outside of our club for the year for our level 3’s and 4’s!

Everyone who competed on the weekend gave it their all and their results really showcased the hard work they put in during class.

For our Level 3’s this was the first competition out of the gym ever so there were definitely some nerves, but all of the girls pushed on through and had a great time competing with their friends beside them
