Hi all Tuesday and Thursday mornings 6am at Sluggers gym, Im running boxing sessions. Good way to start the day a bit of exercise . Also if you'd like 1 on 1 session I can also be available.

It's with sad heart and eyes that I have to say that a lovely gentleman and supporter of Mayhem Boxing John has passed away. John who supported Mayhem Boxing in our functions, coming to Boxing events and personally supported and cheered myself in my fights we thankyou and will miss you. To your family lovely beautiful wife Sue and son Peter our condolences and hearts thoughts go out to you. Tho I have retired from Fighting I will race on Saturday with John in my heart and for him and give all I can.

Uncle Les may you Rest In Peace. You were a great man and even tho you gave us a few foot up the bums haha, I thankyou for your words of wisdom and advice. Always loved seeing and catching up with you.
You have raised a great family to which I can proudly say they are my cousins.
Love you Uncle Les and when you see mum give her a hug from me.

Hello Everyone, we would like to let you all know, after discussions and dissions, We are temporarily closed till end of term holidays. We will be reopening start of Term 3, give us time to clean up and revamp our little gym.
We will be running the kids Tuesday and Wednesday 5pm groups and Robyn's Tuesday 6pm night group.
Also we will be available for 1 on 1 days or night.

Hi All hope everyone is well and having a good week.
We have had a lot of people asking lots of questions about Mayhem and is there a new name and will it still be going. So I will answer as best I can.
This is and will be the hardest thing for me to say in public as I am a personal person.
Mayhem name will stay and it will continue its normal sessions except at moment no Tuesday for kids ( sorry kids) only temporarily. Kids session on weds still running so feel free to join that. Marcus Whittaker has been helping us out and I can't thank him enough.
Robyn has had shoulder surgery and has arm in a sling for 6 weeks( making her rest is hard ) haha.
Now for myself I have been battling mental health issues for a while and it's put a massive strain on Robyn and of course our marriage. So with this I've decided to step back from training and coaching everyone, and actually put time into myself, and I promise I will be back to train and coach everyone as you all mean a lot, and have made Mayhem Boxing and me.
I had planned to walk away for good, however something I heard from a parent last night and Robyn re enforced the same message, has helped me realise why I do this.
So please stick with us keep coming and enjoy, I will be back. Thankyou for caring and not to rude but please don't need to comment here, I'm not asking for sympathy just wanted to let you all know. We are going no where.
