ON OR OFF A LEASH? THAT IS THE QUESTION.
We provide a number of off-leash areas to exercise your beloved pooches.
Dogs can be exercised off a leash during daylight hours at the Cobram Showgrounds, Nathalia Showgrounds, Numurkah Showgrounds, Yarrawonga Showgrounds, plus the Tungamah football oval as well as other football ovals.
Please remember, dogs must be in the presence of their owner.
Importantly, the off-leash provisions do not apply when an organised sporting event or similar activity is in progress; during these events dogs must be on a leash.
And, of course, dog owners must carry bags and clean up after their dogs.
For more information on where dogs can and cannot be walked, go to our website https://www.moira.vic.gov.au/Residents/Pets-and-animals/Nuisance-animals/Dogs-onoff-leash

Hi All, this is a brand new page to promote the hire of the function complex at the Numurkah Showgrounds. If anybody has hired the rooms and has some nice photos they don't mind sharing with the public, it would be much appreciated if you could send them to our inbox, with a brief description of your event. Thank you NSCM.
