The VKL Shukokai Karate Cup will be held on Sunday 14th June 2026 at Gloria Pyke (Dandenong District Netball Centre), Bennet St, Dandenong.

Entries close strictly on Tuesday 9th June 2026.
No late entries will be permitted.

We look forward to seeing everyone there for a fantastic day of competition and spirit! 👊🏼

Our guys once again showed great spirit and competitiveness in the Kobe Osaka tournament on the weekend. Well done to Bodhi, Chu and Eli representing SKB Vic. Bodhi continues to improve all the time getting closer and closer to that elite kumite win.
Chu dominated her division and took out gold in her elite women’s open event.
And our youngest competitor Eli battled hard through a large kumite division, overcoming some hard knocks and controlling his emotions to take home a very well earned gold medal.
One of the biggest highlights for me was the assistance received from other dojo coaches helping out Eli during his competition. That inclusive selflessness is one of the main reasons I fell in love with karate in the first place.
Very proud and happy Sensei.
