NEW TIMETABLE!! Don't forget we now have 2 locations starting from this week. All classes on Tuesday and Wednesday are at INGLEBURN in the Scout hall in Westland Memorial Park.

There are NO classes at BARDIA on those days anymore.

We're opening a brand new branch in INGLEBURN at the Scout Hall in Westland Memorial Park from Tuesday the 26th of August 2025! Woohoo!!

🥋 MARTIAL ARTS in INGLEBURN & BARDIA for kids & adults!
Classes for kids aged 8 to 11yrs will be on Tuesdays & Wednesdays at 5:15pm (45min)
Classes for teens & adults aged 12yrs plus will be on Tuesdays & Wednesdays at 6pm (55min)

Hi all, here is our updated class timetable starting from Monday May 19th 2025.

Feel free to switch your booking from any other day to the new Monday class. Or if you want to ad another class just let Sifu know and he'll organise to update your subscription and get you booked in.

We're looking to start additional new classes for Leopards & Dragons on Monday & Wednesday at 4:30pm, as well as an additional Teen's & Adult's class on Wednesday nights at 6pm. Saturday mornings at 11:15am we're considering an all ages forms class.

Let us know what you think. Give us your feedback on whether these days and times suit you, or if you'd prefer something different.

An interesting article from the ABC highlighting some of the issues we see for the kids that come to our classes because of bullying.

Some parents say they saw an almost immediate improvement in their children's self-confidence after starting martial arts. But it's not about using violence to address violence.
