2022 is coming to an end and it was great to spend some time catching up with everyone for a Christmas feast. Thanks to all who could attend. We have one last class on Monday then time to kick back and enjoy summer. Have a Merry Christmas and stay safe.

It's been a relaxing Christmas holidays and hopefully everyone has stayed safe and well.
We are still expecting to recommence usual face to face classes as planned from Monday 31st January 🤞.
Covid precautions such as avoiding class if you have Covid, or are unwell in any way, or have had a close contact within 14 days apply.

Survived another challenging year. Thanks to all those who were able to attend our Christmas Party, we enjoyed having a relaxed chat and a great spread to feast on. Stay safe over the summer and see you all in 2022.

We are so fortunate to be able to get together to share a meal whilst so many around the world cannot at this time. It was great to relax after training together. Thanks to all that could make it.

Last week we said Bon Voyage to our long term student, assistant instructor, and dear friend Cheryl, as she sets off on an exciting new chapter in life. She has been with us since the beginning so we will miss her presence each week. We hope to see some Lohan Qigong being spotted on the beaches, on the mountains, and in the forests all over the country soon!
