ππ OKAY...SO YOU OVER-INDULGE... A LOT... don't we all?
Christ i swear I speak to someone and they think they're gunna die because they ate a fu***ng crumpet on the weekend.. Your body can handle it, trust me.. My clients at BBB prob get sick of me saying "everything in moderation"... "It's okay if its 5 days being good and 2 days off misbehaving"... " Diets don't work.. they have the word DIE in them... " But in all seriousness, we at BBB are all about (The Benny cousins rule! ) cheers Benny, no I'm not saying to go out on a Thursday, miss work, lose your phone and don't return home till Monday.. Thats called a "serious session" I mean if you go and.. "Treat yourself" Make sure you bust your ass in the gym each and every god damn day before and after to make some room for all the mischief you'll be up too.. Crazy right? A trainer that actually eats crumpets with peanut butter.. And then trains so hard he nearly vomits.. Spare me. This is simply just what ive found works for me, my lifestyle and my sanity.. I also enjoy burgers.. π
My point is.. If you like eating chocolate, eat some chocolate.. Not enough to kill a small dog, just enough to cure your fix, know when to stop.. And make sure you do a few extra squats at the end of your workout.. Use this as a way to thank your body for the goodness it let you indulge in. Anyway.. That's enough from me.. BBB is out...
