The Windsor Room hostS up to 200 guests and featuring stage, portable dance floor, lighting and audio technology and equipment and first class modern catering and event management from our in-house team at Maze Group. We can cater for your corporate events including Barefoot Bowls Parties, Seminars, Conferences, Product Launches, Christmas Parties, Corporate Lunches and much more.

What a fantastic morning celebrating the power of community.

Today, we joined our wonderful local community organisations at the 2026 City of Parramatta LGA ClubGRANTS presentation, where Parramatta LGA clubs collectively contributed an incredible $1 million to community initiatives.

We’re super proud that NBC Sports Club contributed $18,000 to support the 777 Movement, for their Home Sweet Home project, providing support to vulnerable persons and families to alleviate poverty. This project is set to make a meaningful and lasting difference across our communities.

Venue Manager Ben Stockdale & CMO Scott Purcell attended the presentation to celebrate the remarkable organisations and volunteers working to strengthen our community every day.

Congratulations to all the recipients, we can’t wait to see the positive impact these projects will create.

We are pleased to welcome Josh Berry to the NBC team as our new Bowls Coordinator.

Josh will be commencing in his new role in mid-October, and we look forward to welcoming him and working with him as he takes on this important position.

We would also like to extend a massive thank you to Nathan and the whole Bowls Committee for stepping in and supporting the bowls program during the interim period. Your time, commitment and dedication have been greatly appreciated.
