Pumped to partner with Nicole & represent Get Commando Fit at the Midnight Comp for Charity at CrossFit Midnight Life Long Jetty yesterday. It was a full day of well organised, challenging events with teams from all over Sydney and surrounds. We were happy to place 8/20 in the FF pairs division. All proceeds of the event go to pancreatic cancer research.

Massive shoutout to Glenn Murray who smashed his trap bar DL PB this morning with a new 1RM of 112kg. Glenn came to me about three years ago and could barely do a body weight squat without feeling pain from previous injuries. Since then his strength, fitness, power, mobility and range of movement have all increased exponentially. He will try absolutely anything and never lets the fact he only has one hand to grip hold him back. I can’t wait to see what PBs we can smash next
