Round 9 is a bit of a mixed bag — fewer of us at home this week, with plenty of Cougars hitting the road across Heidelberg, Whatmough Park, Burwood, Springfield and Rathmines.

For those at McDonell Park, it's a full morning — U8 Blue, U9 Girls, U9 Yellow all kicking off between 8:45–9am, followed by U11 Girls vs Hawthorn at 11:30am on Park 2, and U15 Firsts taking on Heidelberg at 12pm on Park 1.

For everyone travelling — good luck out there, and play hard like Cougars always do.

The annual NJFC Trivia Night held The Terminus Hotel was a ripper night!

Great raffle prizes, great food, great company, hilarity that only Danny McGinlay can deliver and some special guests Ged Kearney and Emily Dimitriadis too!

A huge shout out to Community Bank Clifton Hill-North Fitzroy for the generous $10,000 grant for us to run our Youth Coaching program in 2026-2027!
