The last workout up last night, kinda ticked me 😠😡🤬 off this morning. As I wasn't happy with it mainly because of the core work, a bit too much of a rest for my liking. So I rendered it by taking out 4 of the core exercises and replaced them with Burpees, Jumping Air Squats, Touch Downs & Burpees to keep the momentum and the blood pumping. ⁣

We'll see how it goes tomorrow morning ... 🤔⁣
