At any time suitable to you (before, after, even
during work), however many times a week you desire (1, 2, 3 or even 7 if that’s how committed you are!), I can train you specifically to your needs and abilities at a location suitable to you. I offer 30, 45 minute or 1 hour sessions depending on your availability, as well as what you feel you are capable of, as well as what I feel you are capable of. If your fitness level is low to begin with, we can start off at 30 minutes and gradually work our way towards an hour, whatever works best for you! If you make the commitment to train and change your life, I am prepared to come to a location suitable for you (a park or grassed area is best), to help you through these challenges and goals you have for yourself. The rates I charge are very competitive, and obviously the more sessions per week you are willing to commit to, the better the deal I will be able to do for you, as you are showing that commitment to change. On top of this, if there is a group of say 2 or 3 of you, or even more (motivating each other and not letting one another down by showing up each time is a great tool to achieve your goals!), that would like to commence training with me, then by all means let me know also, and I will be able to work with you to make this a better deal for you all. As well as using body weight exercises and cardio routines, I also have equipment which can be utilized during each and every session to help you achieve your goals quicker and more effectively.
