10 years as a PT today πͺ
Countless hours programming, training sessions, practising what I preach, learning new ways to implement the same exercises for different ability levels, learning new exercises themselves.
Helping people with general weightloss, and weight gain, rehabilitation after injury, including a near fatal motorbike accident), helping mummas during pregnancy and after, pushing multiple brides into an extra training day so she can fit her dream dress, helping people achieve the fitness level needed for them to get their dream jobs in the military and police force, mentoring numerous others as they became PTs themselves, helping people fall in love with a healthy and active lifestyle, helping people achieve the goals they set for themselves.
I've been sworn at, nearly vomited on, passed out on, punched countless times during boxing sessions, Called a bully because I make people do what they think they can't and recieved sweaty hugs when them same people complete the same things they said they couldn't do.
I am forever grateful for the people that have put their trust in me and allowed me to help them achieve every goal they have! I have been beyond spoilt from the cients I have had and truely appreciate them all! They have each taught me as much, if not more then I have taught them β€
Becoming a personal trainer was the best move for me! The best, most fun and rewarding job I have ever had! I will never not have something to do with this industry πβ€πͺ
