Looks like a great weekend adventure for me; heading out to Avon Valley Showjumping And Pony Club Events for the AVSJPC Yarramony Grazing ODE.

Slightly cooler weekend but looks to be a great weather for an ODE, so I am definitely looking forward to it! I have been busy sorting my camping gear too so I am all set (hopefully) for a comfortable weekend away!

Are you attending? At this stage, from looking at the draw, I will be covering Dressage from 9am on Saturday, moving between the two arenas, until the Show Jumping start time kicking off at 10.30am through to mid arvo when it wraps up. Sunday, kicks off at the very respectable time of 9am for Cross Country. I haven't been here before so looking forward to checking it all out!

Just a little 'House Keeping' post for the weekend

🐴 Yards - The yard Allocations are on Ktrials - please only put Your Horse in Your Yard!!! Even if a yard looks vacant please do not use it!!!

⛺️ Camping - We have a large camping/parking area but please be mindful when parking that you are using the space efficiently. Campsites and Yards MUST be left clean!!

⚠️ Please don't move/Park where the cones are in the parking area!!

🐴 Riders are welcome to arrive Friday and the toilets will be available early afternoon

🐕 Friendly reminder we are a strictly NO DOGS VENUE.

⛽️ Please note generators must be switched off by 9pm in the evenings and can not be started til 6am in the morning - Please be mindful of others!!

1️⃣ Don't forget to print off your numbers - you need two. Double check you also have two bridle numbers. Bibs and bridle numbers are to be worn in all phases

🍔 We will have our canteen open Saturday and Early Sunday for Breakfast and Lunch. Your support will be greatly appreciated.
