That’s a wrap for the 2026 season.
Thanks to all our members and supporters who attended the presentation night. Was a great night.
Our first year of bringing in sponsors, and it’s been amazing having the support and involvement all year with huge plans going forward to keep improving our league for all.
So a huge thank you to
The Pool Table Guys! They have come onboard and contributed massively! From help with new shirts and suppling 5 new tables for our league at a great price to help us expand and benefit, to your presence and support for our players!The support of Sean, Deb and Jacob is amazing and we look forward to what the future brings with you all involved in our association.

Wonthaggi Meats!
Supplying Meat Tray’s that get everyone keen to whip the bbq out and help the association raffle them for funds towards our Wonthaggi cup. Look for next season where even more Meat Trays will be floating around for you to win. Their support for our associations progression is greatly appreciated and we hope you all support them back and grab some of their tasty bbq treats during the off season.
Wonthaggi Workers Club.
The associations go to for our big tournaments! This venue has held our competition for the entirety and we look forward to continue to bring our pool there for years to come. They hold our 5 associations tables safe for upcoming cups and tournaments and look after us every Wednesday for competition. With heaps of changes happening inside the venue get there and give your support back and see what they are doing around the venue.
Keep an eye out for some big tournaments and cups coming up here with some big plans coming from us as an association and Sasha at the Workers Club.
The Clubhouse.
This amazing little venue has also held our pool for the entirety of the competition and has always supported in any way they can for our association. This was this years venue for grand final and presentation and we appreciate what they do for our association. Along with the workers club this also has 4 tables making them both the prime pool destinations and we love it! In conjunction with The Wonthaggi Club in the middle of town these guys have always had the associations best interests so thank you!
Austral Hotel Korumburra.
Providing the home of the Runners up team, the Austral Hotel have loved what pool has been bringing to the venue and have been making some changes to improve upstairs and get the environment a can’t wait to play feel to it. With plans to bring as much pool there as possible and the desire to host a final we love the appreciation for our league and can’t wait to continue to play here. If you’re passing through make sure you pop in and say hi to Mark and the team.
We have more plans and more sponsors locked and ready for a big 2027 so we can’t wait to let you all see what happens next.
And the last Thank you to all our players! Without you the association doesn’t exist so please stay at the table, keep practicing and we look forward to what you can bring to next season! Every year we all seem to find a way to make Wonthaggi Pool bigger and stronger so let’s keep that going 💪 see you all next season.
