What an incredible day at the Australian National Gymnastics Championships Level 10 finals and we couldn’t be prouder of Lys and Caitlin. You were both amazing!!

A huge congratulations to Caitlin who after 2 days of competition placed 2nd All Around, and was the Silver medallist on Floor and the Bronze medallist on Vault.

The lead-up to this Nationals was less than ideal thanks to the floods, however you both showed great resilience, performing beautiful routines over the two days of competition. We love how you supported each other through training and at the comps, while creating some wonderful memories.

Well done girls. You are both absolute superstars 🌟

All smiles after Day 1 😊😊😊 Both Caitlin and Lys had a great first round of competition.
Congratulations to the Level 10 NSW team for placing 3rd in the team comp 🥉
Individually Caitlin scored PB’s on beam and floor and finished the first day ranked 2nd Overall. Lys nailed all 4 of her routines to finish the comp with her best score of the year.
We are so excited to watch you shine tomorrow on the comp floor in the all around and apparatus finals 🌟

Congratulations to these superstars who were amazing on the comp floor last weekend. They all walked away hitting PB’s on different apparatus and competing new skills. Special mention goes to Loz who placed 4th on floor. Well done girls 🌟

We are so proud of these girls who have spent the last 4 weeks travelling and training in many gyms in the leadup to the Border Challenge Trial competition today and Nationals next week.

It hasn’t been easy since the gym flooded, some weeks spending up to 12 hours just travelling to training venues (we are so thankful to all of those gyms who have helped us out over the last month). It’s involved lots of late nights and early mornings, but they never complain, showing a huge amount of resilience, focus and determination. It’s also been lots of fun on our gym excursions, spending so many hours together strengthening already strong friendships and bonds, eating Lolly salads and singing along to throwback classics. You have all been amazing at handling everything that’s been thrown your way.

Good luck to Rhain, Zara, Amaya, Loz, Luna and Maya today at the Border Challenge Trial comp. You are superstars!!! Be confident, be beautiful and most of all have fun.

Last weekend our level 8 and 10 girls took to the comp floor at the NSW State Trial 2. They showed great determination in the lead up to this comp managing some injuries and mental blocks. We are proud of the way they competed, challenged themselves and supported each other. Great job girls. Bring on State in a few weeks 🌟

Snr comp season has kicked off with a bang over the weekend. Congratulations to Erica (L8), Lys and Caitlin (L10) who all had a great solid first comp of the season. We can’t wait to watch you over the next few weeks grow in confidence, continue to improve your routines and add in your upgrades. A special shout-out to Caitlin and Lys who both achieved their National qualifying score for the Australian National Championships later this year
