Facebook just let me know I haven't posted since FEBURARY 😮

So here's my 6month update!
I'm STILL PREGNANT 🤰 counting down the days / hours / minutes until we meet our BOY 💙

I've still been busy with KREW FITNESS and we are just about 1year into the biz! It has become such a family fitness community vibe that I'm very proud of!

As for myself training I've managed to keep relatively fit - I didn't followed any guidelines as such but listened to my body. I was conditioned prior to falling pregnant so was able to do majority of my normal training just less intensity. As for food I've over indulged for sure but tried to stick to many of my basics that I preach to KREW.

Each pregnancy is so completly different and I'm blessed that I didn't have any complications and minor complaints few weeks of morning sickness / roller coaster of emotions/ blocked ears / heartburn.

I'm looking forward to my road back to fitness and being "myself" again BUT all in due time!

I ❤ training for events!

3. Doing the training/practice to ensure I get it done
4. Discovering more about myself along the way

It's a process, it certainly doesn't happen overnight BUT it does get easier.

In order for me to train with others it has to be extremely early, where like most I'd love to be sleeping in. I wake thinking WHY! why am I doing this!! I wish they would text me saying sorry not up for it, arghh I slept in OR some LAME excuse so I can get back into bed BUT they don't. WHY? because we are COMMITED to each other, we have a goal and no matter how much you don't want to at the time or prefer sleep it has to be done!!

This is then followed by a training session which is then followed by ample amounts of GRATITUDE.

I'M grateful I have an amazing circle of beautiful girls and guys who are willing to train that early who support and inspire each other.

I'M grateful for the sunrises over the ocean and I'm able to witness it.

I'M grateful my body allows me to function and choose any sport I want to, this would be a dream for some.

I'M grateful for the journey, the start, the practice, training and the finish line.

Life is a journey, and this just adds to it! I'll keep trying until my day is up!

Baby update
14weeks pregnant 🍼🚼 It feels so good to be finally feeling 'normal' and really I'm not sure I'll feel normal again until this baby is born BUT I do have my energy levels back, no more nausea 😷 that was HORRIBLE! No more arvo sleeps and I can finally lay of the white bread!
I'm back training, mixture of weight training and triathlon training. I'm just listening to my body, pushing where I can, and pulling back if I need.

My tummy is losing definition on the daily 😮 but that's purely down to eating whatever, whenever! Now that I'm feeling good no more of that!! As much as I've moaned about the first 12 weeks part of me LOVES being pregnant!! Ask me again in a few months 😉

Whahoooo this morning swim was a semi success 🏊🏊

Yesterday I really thought I'm just not getting ANY better, TODAY! 7 50m lengths with no stops (thats not continuous 😉) just not stops 25m in the pool.. I left more water in the pool than my mouth 😂

SO grateful to have some awesome girls who turn up at 445am in the dark to do it with 🌌

Backyard workouts! Still training from home not much has changed over the years.. dip in and out of gyms, actually haven't signed up to 1 in years!! Tried crossfit although I loved it didn't fit into running a business with my class times and family so back to what I know best!!
